Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through voice support.
Resolve customer queries with professionalism and empathy.
Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting quality standards.
Accurately document customer interactions in the system.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduates and Undergraduates can apply.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Positive technical aptitude and basic computer knowledge.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.




Willingness to work in rotational shifts (majorly night shifts).

Salary
Freshers: Up to Rs. 32,000 per month.
Experienced (1 year): Up to Rs. 34,000 per month.

Work Schedule
Full-Time | Work From Office.
5 days working with rotational week offs.
10-hour shift including a 1-hour break.
Majorly night shifts.
