Job Purpose

The E-commerce Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting online sales operations by coordinating order processing, marketplace activities, inventory updates, and customer communication. The role ensures smooth execution of daily e-commerce transactions, timely order fulfilment, and accurate data management to support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Order Management & Processing
Monitor daily orders received from e-commerce platforms and the company website.
Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for timely order fulfilment.
Ensure accurate order processing, invoicing, and shipment tracking.
Handle order cancellations, returns, and replacements.
Marketplace Coordination
Support product listings and updates on platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart.
Ensure pricing, stock availability, and product details are updated regularly.
Monitor listing errors and coordinate corrections.
Inventory & Stock Coordination
Track inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and overselling.




Coordinate with warehouse/store teams for stock replenishment.
Maintain accurate stock updates across all online platforms.
Customer Communication & Support
Respond to customer queries related to orders, delivery, and product information.
Coordinate resolution of complaints, returns, and refund requests.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely response.
Sales Tracking & Reporting
Maintain daily sales MIS and order tracking reports.
Monitor sales performance and highlight trends.
Share reports with management and sales team.
Promotion & Campaign Support
Assist in execution of promotional campaigns and marketplace sales events.
Update pricing and promotional offers during sale periods.
Track campaign performance and order volumes.
Coordination & Documentation
Coordinate with Accounts for invoicing and reconciliation.
Maintain proper documentation of online transactions.
