Key Responsibilities:
Conduct laboratory experiments to optimize enzymatic hemp fiber extraction processes.
Analyze process parameters such as pH, temperature, agitation speed, and reaction conditions.
Prepare and maintain detailed laboratory reports and documentation.
Assist in the selection of process equipment, chemicals, and enzymes.
Support laboratory operations and experimental setup.
Participate in process scale-up activities from lab to pilot and commercial production.
Provide operational support during commercial implementation.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
3+ years of experience in process engineering, laboratory operations, or process development.
Hands-on experience in laboratory experiments and process optimization.




Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).:
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to document, interpret, and present experimental results effectively.
Interest in process development, scale-up, and sustainable technologies.
