Job Summary

Operate and maintain CNC bending machines to fabricate metal components with high accuracy, following engineering drawings and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC bending machines (press brakes).
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
Select proper tools, dies, and materials for each job.
Program or input bending instructions into the CNC machine (basic programming).
Adjust machine settings (angle, pressure, length) for accurate bending.
Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (vernier calipers, gauges, etc.).
Ensure products meet quality standards and tolerances.
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
Identify and troubleshoot minor machine or production issues.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work workplace.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
