We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Snapchat Ads, and YouTube Ads (Google Ads) with a robust focus on lead quality, conversions, and ROI.

Roles & Responsibilities
Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta, Snapchat, and YouTube Ads
Run campaigns for Lead Generation, Traffic, Conversions, and Brand Awareness
Conduct audience research and build Custom, Lookalike, and Retargeting audiences
Monitor daily performance and optimize CPL, CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS
Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences, and placements
Analyze lead quality and maintain performance data in Excel / Google Sheets
Manage ad budgets and assist in scaling profitable campaigns
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
