Position: Performance Marketing Executive (Digital Growth)

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Executive who will focus on generating qualified leads, optimizing campaign performance, and improving overall marketing ROI. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in paid ads and a robust analytical mindset. It is not a field sales role — the focus is on digital campaigns, cost optimization, and funnel performance.

Salary

₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp campaigns, and online portals.
Monitor and optimize Cost Per Lead (CPL) and cost per qualified lead within assigned budgets.
Improve lead quality and reduce spam/junk leads.
Conduct regular A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.




Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead-to-appointment and lead-to-sale conversion.
Maintain accurate lead tracking in CRM/Sheets and share weekly performance reports.
Run retargeting and nurturing campaigns for warm/old leads.
Basic understanding of SEO and landing page optimization.

Requirements:
Experience: 6 months - 2 years in Performance/Digital Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads is mandatory.
Understanding of CPL, ROAS, and campaign performance metrics.
Comfortable working with data, reports, and marketing funnels.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
