Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of sessions as per training guidelines and material applicable to the program
Conducting classes as per schedule and methodology
Ensuring student attendance and participation in the sessions
Counselling students as when required to enable their placement in jobs
Ensuring smooth running of the center operation and mobilization for the students.
Requirements:
Robust communication and facilitation skills
Experience in soft skills or employability training
Familiarity with digital collaboration and productivity tools
Ability to engage diverse learner groups (students, youth, professionals)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
