Key Responsibilities

OPD Management
Manage patient registration, appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Coordinate consultations between patients and doctors.
Ensure smooth patient flow and minimize waiting times.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Address patient queries and resolve service-related concerns.

IPD Management
Coordinate admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
Liaise with doctors, nursing staff, and support departments for seamless patient care.
Monitor bed occupancy and admission planning.
Ensure completion of required documentation and billing processes.
Support patients and families throughout the hospitalization journey.

Patient Counselling
Counsel patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, procedures, packages, and services.
Explain perks, costs, and available payment options.
Convert inquiries into consultations, admissions, and treatment enrollments.
Follow up with leads and prospective patients to improve conversion rates.




Build trust and maintain long-term patient relationships.
Achieve assigned revenue, admission, and conversion targets.

Operations & Coordination
Coordinate with medical, nursing, diagnostics, pharmacy, and billing teams.
Track operational KPIs such as patient satisfaction, turnaround time, and conversion rates.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and quality standards.

Required Skills:
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient counselling and consultative sales ability.
Knowledge of OPD and IPD workflows.
Customer service orientation.
Coordination and multitasking skills.
Basic knowledge of hospital management systems (HMS/CRM).
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
