Role Overview

As a Dental Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth clinical workflow, maintaining sterilization standards, and supporting doctors during procedures with efficiency and focus.

This is not just a chairside job — it is a responsibility-driven role that directly impacts patient experience and treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Assist doctors chairside during procedures (orthodontics, surgery, restorative, etc.)
Prepare and sterilize instruments according to protocol
Maintain strict infection control and hygiene standards
Set up and dismantle operatories efficiently
Manage clinical inventory and material stock
Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures




Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications
Certified Dental Assistant or relevant clinical training
Minimum 1 year experience preferred (freshers with solid learning attitude may apply)
Knowledge of sterilization protocols and infection control
Basic understanding of dental instruments and materials
Ability to work in a quick-paced clinical setting
Discipline, punctuality, and attention to detail

Pay: ₹9,228.39 - ₹18,336.72 per month
