Key Responsibilities:
Customer Check-In/Check-Out Assistance:
Help guests carry their luggage to and from their rooms.
Provide a warm welcome and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.

Room Cleanliness:
Clean and prepare rooms before guest check-in.
Maintain cleanliness during their stay and after check-out.
Ensure bedding, bathrooms, and general areas are hygienic and presentable.

Room Service Management:
Deliver room service orders promptly and courteously.
Address guest requests, such as additional towels, toiletries, or special services.

General Maintenance & Reporting:
Report any damages or malfunctions in the room to the maintenance team.
