Key Responsibilities
Rapidly adopt and integrate emerging AI tools, automation systems, and LLM workflows to optimise execution and scale operations.
Assist in Meta/Google ad campaigns focused on reach, engagement, surveys, lead generation, and audience acquisition.
Analyse platform trends, viral formats, hooks, and audience behaviour to improve organic growth and follower conversion.
Build and maintain growth trackers, reporting systems, and automation workflows using Excel, Python, SQL, and dashboards.
Conduct social media audits, competitor benchmarking,



and digital ecosystem analysis to identify strategic prospects.
Support growth-hacking initiatives through experimentation, A/B testing, retargeting, and rapid optimisation cycles.
Collaborate with content and design teams to improve content packaging, distribution, and platform performance.
Participate in rapid-response narrative management during high-pressure campaign moments, crisis situations, and major political events.
Track and interpret key metrics — Reach, Engagement, CPM, CPL, CPC, Sentiment, and Follower Growth — to drive decision-making.

Skills & Qualifications
Undergraduate or postgraduate student / recent graduate from a reputed institution.
Solid proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets is mandatory.
Working knowledge of Python, SQL, APIs, scraping, automation, or data-visualisation tools is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or lead-generation funnels is preferred.
