Role Objective

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating, managing, and converting leads for domestic and international travel packages and stand-alone services. The role requires a consultative sales approach, robust destination knowledge, and the ability to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management & Conversion
Handle inbound and outbound travel sales leads.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
Prepare customized quotations and follow up to close bookings.
Product Selling
Sell domestic and international travel packages.
Promote stand-alone services such as hotels, flights, visas, transfers, and activities.
Upsell premium services to increase booking value.
Coordination & Execution Support
Coordinate with the operations team for seamless booking execution.
Ensure smooth handover of confirmed bookings.
Sales Reporting & Target Achievement
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.




Track performance metrics and improve conversion rates.

Eligibility CriteriaEducation

Bachelor’s Degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

Experience

Minimum 2+ years of experience in travel sales (Domestic & International mandatory).

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of Indian and international destinations.
Experience in package selling and service-based sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and close deals effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Preferred Skills
Experience in B2C or luxury travel sales.
Knowledge of visa processes and international documentation.
Familiarity with travel sales software.
