Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills
Strong expertise in Database Administration (NoSQL).
Hands-on experience with Apache Solr / SolrCloud.
Deep understanding of indexing, search relevance, and full-text search.
Experience with Linux/Unix systems.
Knowledge of ZooKeeper, JVM tuning, and memory management.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
Solid SQL and query optimization skills.

Soft Skills
Robust analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Ability to work in high-availability, mission-critical environments.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and performance-driven mindset.

Key Responsibility
Administer, monitor, and optimize RDBMS, MongoDB (NoSQL),



and Apache Solr/SolrCloud environments
Ensure high availability, performance tuning, backup, replication, and disaster recovery
Manage MongoDB collections, indexing, sharding, and Solr schema, indexing, and search relevance
Implement data security, access control, and compliance best practices across data platforms
Automate operations, monitor system health, and provide L2/L3 production support

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
