Responsibilities
Manage and oversee chemical production operations during assigned shifts.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily targets efficiently.
Monitor and troubleshoot production processes to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate logs and reports of shift activities and incidents.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure process integrity.
Train and mentor shift personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a chemical manufacturing setting.
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.




Strong understanding of chemical production processes and safety protocols.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.
