Prepare RA Bills, Contractor Bills, Subcontractor Bills, and Client Billing as per site progress.
Verify site measurements, BOQ quantities, and work executed at site.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and contractors for accurate billing inputs.
Perform rate analysis, quantity take-off, and cost estimation.
Maintain all billing documentation, records, and support audits.
Prepare material reconciliation and monitor budget vs. actual consumption.
Review drawings, specifications, and contract terms for correct billing.
Handle extra item billing, variation claims, and price adjustments.
Ensure timely submission of bills and follow-up for approvals and payments.
Support the management team in budgeting and cost control.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
