Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Explain company services and membership plans to customers.
Follow up with current and existing clients.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into registrations.
Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable support.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer support and service.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
