Job Description: IT Executive

Key Responsibilities:
System & Network Management
Maintain and monitor servers, networks, and IT systems.
Technical Support
Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems promptly.
Security & Compliance
Implement cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and regulations.
Project Management
Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and recent implementations.
Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to deliver solutions on time.
Innovation & Strategy
Identify prospects for process automation and digital transformation.
Recommend emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain IT documentation,



asset inventory, and user manuals.
Prepare regular reports on IT performance, risks, and improvements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in IT administration, support, or management.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with ERP systems or enterprise software.
Knowledge of ITIL framework or project management methodologies.
Ability to manage vendors and negotiate contracts.
Certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, MCSE, or CISSP are a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
