Role Overview:
The Bakery Store Manager will oversee daily operations of the bakery, ensuring high standards of product quality, customer service, and team performance. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for food and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate bakery staff, including scheduling and training.
Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Monitor product quality and presentation.
Drive sales through excellent customer service and promotional activities.
Handle cash management, reporting, and store performance metrics.
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient store workplace.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in retail or food service management preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of bakery products and food safety practices.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
