Key Responsibilities and Duties
Curriculum Delivery: Deliver engaging, play-based learning activities aligned with the EYFS curriculum to promote intellectual, social, and physical development.
Key Worker Duties: Act as a key person to track individual child development, maintain records, and build partnerships with parents/carers.
Assessment: Observe, record, and assess children's progress to inform future planning.
Environment Setup: Create a protected, stimulating, and enabling workplace, both indoors and outdoors.
Child Welfare: Ensure the health, safety, and security of children, including safeguarding and promoting positive behavior.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, SENCOs (Special Educational Needs Coordinator), and other specialists.





Required Skills and Qualifications
Relevant Qualification: Typically a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education or equivalent.
Knowledge of EYFS: Strong understanding of early years education standards.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with children, staff, and parents.
Passion and Energy: A patient, caring, and energetic nature suited to working with young children.
Safeguarding: Knowledge of child protection policies and procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
