Key Responsibilities:
Handle Customers Inbound And Outbound Calls.
Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Generate and maintain a database of customer leads.
Follow up with interested customers regularly.
Coordinate with the marketing team.
Telling customers about products / offers / services.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
