Role Summary

The Computer Operator will be responsible for handling day-to-day computer operations, maintaining accurate records, supporting IT-related tasks, and ensuring smooth documentation processes. The role requires solid technical skills, attention to detail, and efficiency in managing office systems.

Key Responsibilities
System Operations:
Operate and monitor computer systems to ensure smooth performance.
Data Entry & Documentation

Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in company databases and spreadsheets.
MS Office Proficiency

Prepare reports, letters, and presentations using MS Excel, Word,



and PowerPoint.Assist in troubleshooting basic hardware/software issues and coordinate with IT teams when needed.Maintain digital and physical records in an organized manner.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.Skills & Qualifications
IT Support:
File & Record Management:
Communication
Solid typing speed and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting.
Positive communication skills (English/Hindi).
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Minimum

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
