Job Summary:
The Sr, Executive - Finance & Accounts will be responsible for the end-to-end management of accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), statutory compliance, financial reconciliations, banking operations, salary processing, and team leadership. The role demands strong attention to detail, regulatory knowledge, and a strategic approach to financial reporting and process improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in managing finance operations including AP/AR, compliance, and reporting.
Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
Robust leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Knowledge of Indian taxation laws, GST, TDS, EPF, ESIC, and audit procedures.
Experience in handling foreign transactions and banking operations preferred.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
