Roles and Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in products such as robot vacuum cleaners.
Perform software updates, configuration, and calibration of devices.
Ensure all serviced products meet performance and safety standards.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for repair and service activities.
Maintain accurate records of service activities and repairs.
Stay updated with new product developments, including AI-based technologies.
