Job Description:
Assess the medical needs of patients over telephone at the primary care level based on diagnosis.
Review patient details and medical history provided to the doctors.
Suggest required diagnostic tests based on diagnosis.
Recommend or refer patients to specialists if necessary.
Communicate with patients to understand their health goals, dietary needs, preferences, and restrictions.
Develop personalized nutrition plans for clients.
Compile information and track client progress towards health goals.
Enter patient information accurately into the patient database.

Qualifications & Requirements:
M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Nutrition/Dietetics or related field.
Pleasing personality with excellent communication skills.
High qualified attitude and dedication.
