Role Description

This is a full time in office role as a Senior Admission Manager at Success Mantra Smart Coaching in Current Delhi. The Senior Admission Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of the branch, driving business growth, managing a sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service. This job position will be reporting directly to the MD Ma'am.

Qualifications
Proven experience in sales and leadership roles




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Knowledge of the education industry and entrance exam preparation
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Experience in the coaching or education industry is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,500.00 per month
