SEO Team Lead

Location: Tricity Plaza, Sector 20, Panchkula

Experience: 5+ Years

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the SEO team for daily SEO activities
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic
Perform website audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis
Optimize website structure, content, meta tags, and landing pages
Plan and execute backlink building strategies
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools
Handle Technical SEO issues including indexing, crawling, page speed, schema, and Core Web Vitals
Create SEO reports and present progress updates to management and clients
Coordinate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams for SEO implementation
Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and latest SEO trends
Train and guide junior SEO executives and team members

Requirements & Skills




Solid knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO
Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Search Console
Positive understanding of keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies
Experience in handling multiple SEO projects and clients
Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills
Ability to analyze data and create SEO growth strategies
Basic knowledge of WordPress and HTML/CSS is a plus
Robust problem-solving and team management skills

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field preferred.
