Key Responsibilities:
Design and create newspaper page layouts using grids, columns, and templates
Arrange headlines, articles, images, and advertisements in a visually appealing format
Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and readability of content
Maintain consistency in fonts, styles, and branding guidelines:
Coordinate with editors, reporters, and photographers for content placement
Make quick design changes under tight deadlines:
Prepare pages for final print (pre-press readiness):
Ensure all pages are error-free and visually balanced
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator:
Robust understanding of typography, color, and layout principles:
Knowledge of print production and newspaper formatting.
