About the Role

Starvance LLP is seeking an experienced and highly organized Marketplace Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end marketplace operations across multiple e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Meesho, DMart Ready, and other emerging channels.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Management
Lead and manage the Marketplace Operations team.
Allocate and monitor daily operational tasks.
Track team productivity and performance metrics.
Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational standards.
Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Inventory Planning & Replenishment
Monitor inventory levels across all marketplace channels.
Plan replenishment based on sales forecasts, historical trends, and demand patterns.
Prevent stock-outs and excess inventory situations.




Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for inventory availability.
Maintain optimal inventory coverage across all marketplaces.

Marketplace Operations Management

Manage end-to-end operations across:
Amazon
Flipkart
Blinkit
Instamart
Meesho
DMart Ready
Other online marketplaces

Key responsibilities include:
Shipment creation and planning
Inventory monitoring and replenishment
Appointment scheduling
Shipment tracking and follow-up
Operational issue resolution
Marketplace compliance management

Shipment & Fulfillment Management
Oversee shipment planning and creation processes.
Ensure timely dispatches and replenishment to marketplace fulfillment centers.
Monitor shipment movement and delivery status.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics partners, and marketplace teams.
Ensure compliance with marketplace service-level agreements (SLAs).
