About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of Project Logistics export shipments via Air and Ocean freight.
Handle specialized cargo movements including:
Break Bulk Cargo
Open Top Containers
Flat Rack Containers
Flat Bed Trailers
Heavy Lift and Over-Dimensional Cargo (ODC)
Out-of-Gauge (OOG) Shipments
Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, transporters, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Plan and execute project cargo transportation while ensuring operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Arrange equipment and transportation suitable for cargo dimensions and weight requirements.
Monitor shipment milestones and provide timely updates to customers and management.




Ensure accurate documentation, customs compliance, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Coordinate loading, lashing, securing, and movement of oversized cargo.
Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions to avoid shipment delays.
Maintain robust relationships with carriers, transport vendors, and service providers.

Skills & Knowledge
Solid knowledge of Project Logistics and Freight Forwarding operations.
Hands-on experience in handling Break Bulk, OOG, Open Top, Flat Rack, and Heavy Lift shipments.
Valuable understanding of Air Export and Ocean Export operational processes.
Knowledge of vessel schedules, routing, cargo planning, and transportation regulations.
Ability to study cargo dimensions and determine suitable equipment for movement.
Understanding of cargo securing, lashing, and handling requirements.
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
