Counsel and convert prospective students through phone calls, meetings, webinars, and campus visits.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets while maintaining high conversion rates.
Manage and track leads through CRM systems and ensure timely follow-ups.
Conduct career counseling sessions and guide students regarding aviation career pathways, CPL training, cadet pilot programs, and airline prospects.
Build relationships with parents, students, and industry stakeholders to strengthen trust and enrollment outcomes.
Mentor and support other admissions counselors to improve team performance.
Prepare admission reports, conversion analytics, and enrollment forecasts for management review.
Represent PilotsPathway at seminars, education fairs, and aviation career events.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
