Key Responsibilities
The Junior Executive will support the team with:
MCA and RBI
filings-Prepar
ation of forms
Drafting of board and other meeting related documents




Statutory register updates and documentation
Team documentation and cross-location document management
Coordination with internal stakeholders
DSC management and renewals

Key Requirements
A Law Graduate or a bachelor's degree holder (BBA, BCom, B.A and BBM).
Good knowledge of corporate secretarial law and be familiar with companies Ordinance, rules and regulations of regulatory bodies.
Good Communication skills.
