Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
Coordinate with site engineers, architects, contractors, and project managers.
Track progress of construction projects and update the MD regularly.
Follow up on project timelines and pending work.
Arrange meetings with clients, investors, and vendors.
Maintain records of agreements, contracts, and client documents.
Assist the MD in negotiations and meeting preparations.
Maintain project files, approvals, agreements, and legal documents.
Plan MD’s travel schedule and site visits.
Handle sensitive business information with strict confidentiality.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
