Excel Pathway School in Thiruvattar, Tamil Nadu seeks an experienced Social Studies Teacher for the lower grades for the 2026‑2027 academic year.

Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging Social Studies lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum for primary classes.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials and assessments that meet learning objectives.
Foster a positive classroom workplace and manage student behavior effectively.
Evaluate and monitor student progress, provide feedback, and maintain records.
Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and school activities.
Communicate regularly with parents about student progress.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Studies, History or a related field and a B.Ed. degree.




Prior experience teaching Social Studies at the primary level; CBSE experience preferred.
Solid knowledge of CBSE curriculum and pedagogy.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
