Sales Representative - Label Printing & Packaging Industry

Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities for Labels, Shrink Sleeves, Mono Cartons, PSA Labels, Multi-Layer Labels, and Packaging Products.
Identify and develop new customers in Pharma, FMCG, Food, Cosmetics, Chemicals, Industrial, and Manufacturing sectors.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and factory visits.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for quotations and samples.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, approvals, and order closures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Dispatch, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and pipeline updates.

Required Skills:
Experience in Printing, Packaging, Labels, Flexible Packaging, or Industrial Sales.




Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate recent business and convert leads into orders.
Knowledge of B2B sales processes.
Customer relationship management skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
