About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's long-term vision, strategy, and business objectives.
Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Drive the growth and scaling of the startup while ensuring operational excellence.
Identify recent market prospects and strategic partnerships.
Oversee business performance, financial planning, and organizational development.
Make high-impact business decisions based on market trends and data.
Build and maintain relationships with investors, stakeholders, and key partners.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Requirements:




Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership position (CEO, COO, Managing Director, or equivalent).
Proven track record of scaling startups or high-growth digital businesses.
Solid understanding of:
Mobile Applications
SaaS (Software as a Service)
Digital Platforms
Marketplace Business Models
Startup Growth and Scaling
Exceptional leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Strong strategic thinking and business decision-making abilities.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving business performance.

Preferred Qualifications
