Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Process B2C orders through OMS/WMS platforms.
Generate invoices, shipping labels, and manifests.
Coordinate with courier partners for timely dispatches.
Ensure order accuracy, packaging compliance, and SLA adherence.
Track pending shipments and resolve dispatch exceptions.
Prepare daily dispatch and pending order reports.
Eligibility & Skills
12th Pass
Basic computer and Excel skills
Experience with WMS/ERP preferred
Valuable coordination skills
Working Conditions
Full time warehouse/field role
Rotational shifts and weekly off as per company policy
