## Job Responsibilities

- Develop and manage project sales in the assigned territory.
- Generate business opportunities from architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, developers and other project stakeholders.
- Identify upcoming and ongoing residential, commercial and institutional projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors and channel partners.
- Promote the company's plywood and related products for project specifications and bulk orders.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Generate new leads and convert them into profitable business opportunities.
- Conduct regular market visits and meetings with key decision-makers.
- Monitor competitors, market trends and new project opportunities.
- Coordinate with dealers, distributors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of project orders.




- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales and project reports.
- Maintain accurate customer and project data in the company's reporting system or App.

## Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5 years or more experience in Project Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in the Plywood, Lighting, Paint, Sanitaryware or Laminates industry will be preferred.
- Strong network with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors and developers will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Robust knowledge of project sales and the building materials market.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Candidate should be target-oriented, self-motivated and capable of independently developing the market.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
