NJob Responsibility

nKey Responsibilities:

N1.Architect and implementBMS control strategies: programming, graphics, alarms, trends.

N2.Monitor alarms and KPIsthrough centralized control rooms, dispatch corrective actions promptly.

N3.Coordinate system testing, fault diagnosis, performance optimization, and documentation (O&M;, training).

N4.Monitor systems in realtime;

lead root-cause analysis and incident response.

N5.Direct BMS operations staff;

assign tasks, handle scheduling, and evaluate performance.

N6.Develop and manage training programs and ensure documentation completion.

N7.Liaise with clients, vendors, and project managers;





manage change control, compliance, and procurement.

N8.Prepare technical documentation: schematics, sequences of operation, and O&M; manuals.

N9.Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and change management protocols.

NCandidate must have expertise in to : BMS/EPMS systems, preferably in data center or critical facilities. Robust knowledge of HVAC controls, fire/security systems, SCADA/DCIM platforms.

NProven leadership and team management experience. Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
