Position: BMS Manager

nIndustry: Data Centre

nEducation: Diploma/BE in Electrical/ ENTC

nExperience: Min 4 Yrs in Data centre for similar role

nLocation: Pune

nJob Responsibility

nKey Responsibilities:

n1.Architect and implement BMS control strategies: programming, graphics, alarms, trends.

n2.Monitor alarms and KPIs through centralized control rooms, dispatch corrective actions promptly.

n3.Coordinate system testing, fault diagnosis, performance optimization, and documentation (O&M;, training).

n4.Monitor systems in real time; lead root-cause analysis and incident response.

n5.Direct BMS operations staff; assign tasks, handle scheduling, and evaluate performance.

n6.Develop and manage training programs and ensure documentation completion.

n7.Liaise with clients, vendors,



and project managers; manage change control, compliance, and procurement.

n8.Prepare technical documentation: schematics, sequences of operation, and O&M; manuals.

n9.Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and change management protocols.

nCandidate must have expertise in to : BMS/EPMS systems, preferably in data center or critical facilities. Robust knowledge of HVAC controls, fire/security systems, SCADA/DCIM platforms.

nProven leadership and team management experience. Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
