POSITION PURPOSEResponsible for developing and managing corporate and institutional relationships to generate patient referrals, new business opportunities, strategic tie-ups and sustainable revenue for HCG Manavata Cancer Centre.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify, acquire and manage corporates, PSUs, government institutions,



insurance companies, TPAs and other institutional accounts.
- Develop HCG Manavata as a preferred healthcare and oncology partner for employees and their dependents.
- Drive corporate tie-ups, empanelments, referral arrangements and institutional partnerships.
- Generate patient referrals through corporate networks and achieve assigned monthly/annual revenue and admission targets.
- Build strong relationships with HR Heads, Admin/Facility Heads, Employee Benefits Teams, Medical Officers and senior corporate decision-makers.
- Plan and execute corporate health check-ups, cancer awareness programs, screening camps and employee wellness initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Medical, Operations, Billing, Insurance/TPA and Patient Relations to ensure seamless patient experience.
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities across Nashik and surrounding industrial/corporate markets.
- Maintain an active corporate pipeline and ensure systematic follow-up and conversion of prospects.
- Maintain accurate CRM/database records and submit periodic MIS covering meetings, leads, referrals, admissions and revenue.
- Monitor market and competitor activity and recommend initiatives to increase institutional business and market share.
