Scaling MDRTs and Ace would require strengthened ideation, governance, and execution from Head Office KAM will be hired based on their prior experience in similar field.
What does the job entail?
KAMs will be responsible for pitching, coaching, and training MDRT prospects and probable, with specific focus on the MDRT and Ace programs.
- Each KAM will be mapped to existing MDRT probable and will also be accountable for identifying and nurturing recent prospects throughout the year.
- KAMs will facilitate monthly and weekly awareness sessions and activities for probable and prospects, in close coordination with Branch Heads (BH) and above.
Work Experience
Min- 5 to 7 years

Any Graduate
Preferred Skills
Exp preferred is in sales with minimum BH + level . Local from that place will be added advantage
