1. Assist in recruitment, interview coordination and onboarding of employees.
2. Support employee documentation, attendance and HR records.
3. Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
4)Coordinate with various hotel departments for day-to-day HR requirements. 5)Support HR operations, compliance and employee welfare activities.
1. Gain hands-on exposure to complete HR functions in the hospitality industry.
Qualification:Graduate in HR/Management or related field Experience: Freshers / 0–1 year experience
