Role Description The Management Intern role at NetaSampark is a full time, remote position focused on supporting the day-to-day operations and growth of the platform. The intern will assist with project coordination, tracking progress on initiatives, and preparing reports and summaries for management.

Responsibilities include conducting research on citizen engagement trends, supporting content and campaign planning, and helping analyze user data and feedback to improve platform features. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to documentation of processes,



and participate in meetings to share insights and recommend improvements. This role offers exposure to civic-tech, digital platforms, and impact-driven work in strengthening democratic participation.

Qualifications

- Ability to conduct structured research, analyze data, and present findings clearly for decision-making.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, project management software).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for internal collaboration and external communication.
- Interest in governance, public policy, civic engagement, or social impact sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Management, Business, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Prior internship or project experience in operations, strategy, or community-focused initiatives is an advantage.
