Role Description The Management Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Goregaon. The intern will support day-to-day operations, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, assisting with inventory and vendor management, and helping ensure smooth store and back-office workflows.

Responsibilities may include preparing reports, tracking performance metrics, supporting marketing and brand initiatives, and contributing to process improvements. The intern will also assist in planning and execution of events or campaigns, participate in meetings, and provide administrative support where needed.



This role offers exposure to end-to-end brand management and operations within a growing apparel company.

Qualifications

- Ability to assist with operational tasks such as coordination, scheduling, basic data entry, and report preparation.
- Comfort with using office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software) and learning new systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands, and willingness to understand HIPCASTLE’s values and target audience.
- Proactive mindset, willingness to take initiative, and openness to feedback and learning.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to work on-site in Goregaon for full-time hours and maintain a professional, inclusive work ethic.
