The platform automatically organizes spends across categories such as bills, UPI, subscriptions, and essentials, helping users easily track and understand their financial behavior.

With real-time tracking, spend analytics, and intuitive visual summaries, Inly supports individuals in making informed financial decisions. By reducing unnecessary expenses and encouraging disciplined money habits, Inly aims to simplify personal finance management without manual effort for users across Bharat.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage business data, prepare reports and convert raw information into actionable insights for management.

The ideal candidate should have robust Excel skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, validate and consolidate data from different departments.
- Develop dashboards and management reports to track business performance.
- Analyse operational, sales, finance and customer data to identify trends and gaps.
- Automate recurring reports using advanced Excel functions, Power Query or similar tools.
- Maintain data accuracy, consistency and confidentiality.
- Track KPIs, targets,



productivity and departmental performance.
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Prepare ad hoc reports and presentations for management.
- Maintain organised databases, trackers and reporting documentation.
- Support business teams with data-driven insights and recommendations.

Required Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, IF formulas, charts and data validation.
- Experience with Power Query, Power BI or Google Looker Studio is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SQL will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines independently.
- Understanding of business KPIs and reporting processes.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Applications or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in MIS, business reporting or data analysis.
- Previous experience in a fintech, technology, financial services or data-driven organisation will be preferred.
