About the Role

OBLU Healthcare LLP is looking for ambitious and motivated individuals to join as Management and Operations Trainee. This role is designed for candidates who want to build a career in business management, sales, operations, and client management while gaining practical exposure across different business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in business development, sales and client relationship activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support day-to-day business operations.
- Identify potential business opportunities and support lead generation.
- Communicate with clients, partners and stakeholders professionally.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations and business documentation.
- Support management in planning and executing business initiatives.
- Monitor assigned targets, activities and performance metrics.




- Participate in meetings, training programs and business projects.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and contribute to team objectives.

Eligibility:

- Graduate/Postgraduate from any relevant discipline.
- MBA/BBA/BBM candidates will be preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and take on recent responsibilities.
