- Handle all makeup enquiries and bookings
- Reply to clients on Instagram, WhatsApp and calls
- Explain packages, pricing and availability to clients
- Take and maintain records of booking advances/payments
- Maintain an updated makeup booking sheet
- Coordinate dates, timings, venues and requirements with clients
- Allocate makeup artists and team members according to bookings
- Coordinate with the makeup team regarding schedules
- Prepare and share costing/quotations with clients
- Generate and send invoices
- Keep track of pending payments and balances
- Maintain daily/weekly booking records
- Follow up with clients for confirmations and payments
- Ensure every booking is properly documented and communicated to the team
- Handle last-minute changes and coordinate solutions smoothly
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
