Role Description The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure safe and efficient operations. This full-time, on-site role based in Surat involves diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, troubleshooting breakdowns, and completing repairs in a timely manner. The technician will inspect machinery and systems, schedule and document maintenance activities, and coordinate with supervisors to plan maintenance priorities and minimize downtime.

The role also includes adhering to safety standards, maintaining tools and spare parts inventory, and collaborating with other team members to support continuous improvement in industrial maintenance practices.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess solid skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair.
- Candidates should possess proven abilities in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance.
- Candidates should possess experience in Industrial Maintenance within manufacturing or similar environments.
- Relevant technical diploma or certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is preferred.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics, follow safety procedures, and keep accurate maintenance records.
- Good communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
