Duties &

Responsibilities – Maintenance Supervisor

- Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities across the resort.

- Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, water supply, STP, DG, pumps and other equipment.

- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of rooms, public areas and facilities.

- Attend to maintenance complaints and breakdowns promptly.

- Coordinate with external technicians and contractors when required.

- Maintain maintenance records, checklists and equipment/service logs.

- Monitor inventory and proper use of maintenance tools and materials.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and resort maintenance procedures.

- Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruption to guest services.

- Report major breakdowns, repair requirements and maintenance expenses to the management.

- Supervise maintenance staff and allocate daily duties effectively.

- Ensure the resort premises, equipment and facilities are maintained in positive working condition.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
