NRole and Responsibilities

- Validation of technical requirements related to HVAC, electrical, Civil, plumbing for the retail stores
N
- Tracking of all budgetsand expenses related to maintenance team
N
- Tracking of electricityconsumption at stores and identification of saving potentials
N
- Coordination with storeteams for the issuance of Capex, Opex and AMC approvals
N
- Creation of PO, PR and invoice processing for the department
N
- Maintaining records of all the PO, expenses and issuance of the capex budget to the store team
N
- IOT – Managing all IOT controller connectivity
N
- Help in budget creationfor the maintenance team
N
- MIS reporting for the department for the expenses related to the maintenance team
N
- Store visits for NSOs and validation of technical services of the store
N
- Cost negotiation in coordination with procurement team
N
